Descent: Well of Darkness expansion

Return to the underground labyrinths of Descent: Journeys in the Dark with a host of new challenges! The Well of Darkness expansion includes over 30 new plastic miniatures, featuring 6 new heroes, tricky kobolds, bloodsucking ferrox, and unstoppable golems.

The heroes gain access to more skills and treasures, including 6 relics and a new type of potion. They'll need everything they can get, however, since the Overlord gains the ability to customize his deck of cards before each game. This allows him access to improved spawn cards, nasty new events and powers, and even deadlier traps such as rolling boulders, poisoned darts, and scything blades.

Descent: The Well of Darkness introduces rules for lava and mud, as well as two new lingering effects -- bleeding and dazed. This expansion also features 9 new quests for the heroes to face. They can battle their way through a trap-infested kobold warren, race through a collapsing mine, or take relics in hand and attempt to seal the Well of Darkness itself! With Descent: The Well of Darkness, players have everything they need to take their Descent games to the next level.

Descent: Altar of Despair expansion

The dark god of despair sleeps in the secret corners of the world... and while lesser men quail in terror, you must take up arms to defend humanity against those who would enslave it forever.

Return to the underground labyrinths of Descent: Journeys in the Dark with The Altar of Despair expansion! The Altar of Despair includes over 20 plastic miniatures depicting 6 new heroes and 5 new monster types: ferocious blood apes, shadowy assassins, malevolent dark priests, powerful trolls, and the terrifying chaos beast.

The heroes gain access to a new type of potion and can now perform a new type of action, while the overlord can now trap the heroes with crushing walls and plague them with dark glyphs and cursed items. The Altar of Despair also features new familiars, new types of terrain, new special abilities, and 6 new quests highlighting it all.

Descent: Road to Legend Expansion
