Heroes Incorporated introduces players to the next generation of crime fighters. Each player leads two super-powered heroes against a legion of bad guys. The goal is not only to stop the villains, but also to become more popular than any of the other super groups in the city. Each team competes for the same goal: to become the only officially elected and funded Defenders of Megalopolis!

In Heroes Incorporated, players are in a contest to strategically patrol the streets of Megalopolis, gaining rewards for each block they rid of crime. Fate and Super Villain cards add to the challenge. Each of the game's twelve original heroes has super powers which dynamically change the rules and strategies of the game. As players fight crime they also play cards to power up their heroes, build gadgets, go on bonus adventures and acquire fame.

The Hero cards, the Research cards, and the City Blocks (that make up the game board) will be supplemented with upcoming interchangeable expansion sets.
