Who
doesn't know of the wonders of the ancient world? World renown
gigantic monuments, made by the hands of men to honor or glorify
God. The most famous of these are known today as the seven wonders
of the ancient world: the pyramid of Giza, the colossus of Rhodes,
the statue of Zeus at Olympia, the hanging gardens of Babylon,
the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, the Lighthouse of Alexandria,
and the temple of Artemis at Ephesus. And, perhaps, also the unfinished
tower of Babel - the eighth wonder of the ancient world?

Monuments cannot be erected by individuals. Each player needs
the help of the others to complete his work. The others, of course,
expect something in return. The challenge is to get the right
help at the right time.
When
should the pyramid be finished? How many building pieces are needed
to complete the temple of Artemis? Should I play a trade card
or not? The players must answer these and other questions turn
by turn. Each, of course, wants to be the greatest builder of
the ancient world!
The Tower of Babel - a game for 3-5 ancient master builders.
